Wedding photography that feels like you
I don’t believe your wedding should revolve around the camera.
My approach is documentary at heart: I observe, anticipate and give moments the space to unfold naturally. I won’t spend your day pulling you away from the people you came to celebrate with or asking you to recreate moments that already happened.
At the same time, I care deeply about making beautiful photographs. Composition, light, colour and perspective matter. That editorial eye is what gives the photographs a sense of intention without taking away their honesty.
The result is a gallery that feels both real and beautifully considered: photographs that bring you back to the people, places and emotions of the day.

Whether you’re getting married in a historic Lisbon venue, a Sintra palace, a vineyard in the Setúbal Peninsula, a coastal estate in Cascais or a quinta somewhere beyond the city, my approach stays the same:

I photograph the big moments, but I’m equally interested in everything around them — your people, the atmosphere, the in-between moments and all the little things you may not notice until you see your heirloom album.

You’re choosing a venue, figuring out timelines and suppliers, and trying to imagine how the whole day will actually come together.
That’s where I can help.
I’m based in Palmela, just outside Lisbon, and photograph destination weddings throughout Portugal, including Lisbon, Sintra, Cascais, Setúbal, Azeitão, the Alentejo and the Algarve.
From our first conversation to the final gallery, my goal is to make the photography part feel easy.

Documentary because it’s observational, not directional. I arrive early, move quietly, and stay present through every moment of your day, from the unhurried getting-ready hour to the last dance. The images look the way your day actually felt, not the way a shot list dictated it should look.
Editorial because your images are curated, well framed and always with the purpose of getting a beautiful moment, beautifully captured.
I am based in Palmela, in the Setúbal Peninsula, and I photograph weddings throughout Portugal: Lisbon, Cascais, Sintra, Ericeira, Setúbal, Azeitão, the Algarve, the Alentejo, and beyond. All quotes are personalized and include all travel expenses and accommodation when needed.
Full wedding galleries are delivered within 90 days. In practice, most couples receive a sneak peek within the first week and a curated slideshow at the one-month mark. I edit every image personally because the color, the tone, and the feeling of each photograph matter to me as much as the moment itself.
For Saturday weddings in the summer, from May to September, I advise booking up to months ahead. Those dates fill first. For weekday weddings, elopements, and smaller celebrations, the lead time is shorter, typically three to six months. If you have a date in mind, the best step is to check availability now. I take a very limited number of weddings each year so I can give each one my full attention.
Absolutely! And I believe the story isn’t complete until it’s printed. Your gallery includes access to a handpicked selection of fine-art albums and prints, so you can revisit your day in the most tactile, timeless way.
